No follow up for flood damage
It had 5 visits appointments (4 hour windows) and the technician showed for only 2. He did a good job except he caused a flood in my lower level while connecting the pipe back to the washing machine. This was over 2 months ago. Roman assured me the company would repair the damage to the dry wall and carpet. I have called multiple times and got these answers: "John the manager is not here, he is the only one who has the repair guys # and will not share it with anyone else so you have to talk to him. " "We have no idea when John will be in the office or what his schedule is as he does not share it with us." "You have not been able to talk to John as you have not called when he is here. Yes, we do leave messages." "We don't know John's last name, he is the only one who can help you as he is the top manager." I will continue to call every day until I get sick of this then I will file a civil suit. They're apparently no good if damage is caused. They were also pretty expensive, $1100 for a repair to a dryer, washer and dishwasher not to mention my lost time waiting for no shows, two of which were all day waits.
