No follow up!

Original review updated by user Aug 02, 2021 This is my 5th call in 2021 trying to get Hartford to PLEASE send me my insurance card with the red water mark. Some states require this & Hawaii is one of them. I am unable to get a safety without it. Every time I call I'm reassured that the order will be sent. Then, nothing. Geico just sent it. User's recommendation: Get.
