Had initial home visit for evaluation of home and price. Very pleased with that ! but what is where it stops. I have not heard one word from company or agent in over 4 weeks. Plan of work was settled on. Man (Keith) said he would call by end of week for scheduling. 2 weeks went by no call. Friday came and went. Called on Wednesday of next week. Left message. I have waited 4 weeks and still no response from him or office. I called office 4 times for him, receptionist said she would give message. STILL WAITING - waiting … Done with this company. Guess this is an indication of their work - absolutely no follow through. Wonder if they are short staffed I will look else where. Linda
