Placed an order for my moms funeral wreath. They called and confirmed order 3 times. Still did not show up. Called the 800 number and they said it was delivered. Talked to customer service and explained it was not delivered and they assured me by 9am next morning. Did not show up at 9am. Called back and they told me they were calling local shop and would call me back. Heard nothing back. Waiting on refund and just angry that they screwed up a funeral
