No feedback and answer regarding our parcel

I have 2 parcels shipped out from Johor, Malaysia on 16th July 2021. Till now system tracking not much updates and even called but no proper answer from them and most of the time the customer service number no answer. 1 parcel not moving since 17th and the other 1 not moving since 20th. Who will bear the cost of the parcel if it's lost? The totalNvalue of the parcels are not small.
