In May, I sent a complaint to Liz Claiborne about one of their expensive down pillows and how the feathers were poking out. It was less than a year old and well within the warranty guidelines. I gave them all of the details, price, code on the tag, etc. I received a message that they received my email. Then on July 11, 2020, I resent the email since I didn't hear what to do. I have head nothing from them on how to get my money back or what to do with this pillow. It is now not under warranty. Tuesday I threw the pillow away since I can't keep it when it is serving no purpose. I will not be buying their pillows anymore. User's recommendation: Don't try to be reimbursed from Liz Claiborne.
