I BOUGHT A STARTUP BIKE AND IT CAME WITH THE THROTTLE CABLE MESSED UP. I HAVE CALLED EMAILED WRITTEN A SNAIL MAIL NOTHING. THEY SIMPLY DO NOTHING AFTER YOU GET THE BIKE WTF. THIS BLOWS THE BIG ONE O SPENT 5OO BUCKS ON NOTHING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
