No end in sight

I had several good years of service up until 4 months ago. Now my speeds are around 2.0 MBPS , the tower has issues effecting 110 houses ( all the customers on this tower) . I cannot use my cell phones ( not near a cell tower) even to call about issues. We cannot stream anything ever. Tech support has no info on what is being done or when it will be done. I don't want to go elsewhere but have no hope left.
