No delivery of subscriptions

I have not had a delivery of The Aegis or The weekend Sun since sometime in March. I started keeping track of my phone calls to "customer"service on April 2, 2018. I have made 9 calls to them and have gone through the automated system 3 times. Always assured the papers will be delivered by the end of the day. I call the next day to have a credit for the missed papers. Always told "customer" service will contact distributor which apparently never happens. I asked at one point is there a distributor for my area, I was told he was in the hospital. Again not sure if there is a delivery person. I was also told I can read the paper on line. I don't have time since I am at work. I shouldn't have to explain why I want the papers delivered. Once they have been read we use them for other things. Very disappointed at the lack of concern for deliveries and wet papers. Wet papers is a totally different issue.
