No delivery for careless sales person

I made a purchase last week. I advised the sales person that a Liability Certificate needed to be emailed to the condo Manager in order for the item to be delivered. I called the salesperson two times after to remind them of this certificate. It was never sent, when the delivery came to the condominium it was not allowed for lack of this certificate. I was very clear with the salesperson that I needed the item to be delivered today because I was given permission by the Condo Manager just for today, since delivery have been suspended due to the corona virus. I guess no one cares at Brandsmart. I spoke to a few people today, and the final conclusion, it can't be delivered today, but next Monday. Good going Brandsmart!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY BRANDSMART. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
