No delivery even though appointment scheduled

I wasted a day waiting for package delivery. There is no way to contact EFW to find out where my packages are. When tracking package it says appointment time but the status remains with delivery on hand?!? It should have been moved to out for delivery since my appointment time ended two hours ago. Very frustrating!
