No delivery albeit receiving two sms notification

CNMYG0031230387 Yesterday and this morning I received SMS from [protected] informing your rider will be delivering my shipment. However, there is no sign of your rider yesterday and as of 2PM today. Upon checking Gdex's e-tracking for shipment status, I am confused on the delivery status as follows: 3/4/2020 ‘Undelivered due to hold for reattempt date'. I understand if the rider need to reschedule the delivery date due to MCO but not the status for 4/4/2020 ‘Undelivered due to sorry card'. What is sorry card means? Where's the card? My family and I have been staying at home everyday, didn't see any of your rider, no ring, no call... Please assist to check and revert soonest. Thank you.
