No deal is a real deal with these people

Of course my kids won’t get to experience this. Just don’t pay in advance for martial arts classes. As I have learned over time, nothing but money hungry crooks run these schools. So the scam is when they want to get out of paid contracts, they simply set up a fake sale of their company. They sell the school to a fellow martial artist who lives out of state. They simply write off their loss never going after their friend because the sale was fake anyway. The new and the old owner never pay off their lease. The new owner never pays his employees, he never makes good on the contract, and leaves town within 5 months. In the 5 months providing inconsistent classes. Well that’s been my experience. From what I can tell after taking the (crook)owner to small claims court. It’s all perfectly legal. I hope you feel good about yourself Mr. ex-owner. You’ve been promoted to successfully stealing from children. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE! Please do not think that ATA takes responsibility for these thieves either. You are basically making a deal with a person in a uniform that represents nothing of what the sport is about. Wishing all that you touch turns to dust. So far from what I can tell it is already starting. The right thing to do from both of you is to return the money. You know neither one of you finished the contract we had.
