No data or text

Have called them several times concerning this issue unable to text or get data for almost a year. They keep walking me through different steps to get it working. Sent 3 different sim cards still no data or texting available. The phone is clearly defective. Can barely understand their customer service they are rude until you ask to speak to their supervisor.
