This online service is useful and informative. But, the good is outweighed by their complete lack of customer service. After a security breach I was notified of, I contacted CPR today to change my password. Theres no way to do this on their website and I gave up trying after they failed to respond to my email requests after one month. There seems no way to delete or change my account. So proceed at your own risk. User's recommendation: Find a different online CPR service that allows more control over your information.
