For 5 days my internet has been down at night. Just at night. Filed reports every day, no one bothered answer them. Emailed my Business contact (this problem was at home) told him to wake his colleagues up and take a look. He did. Very professional and on top. At last someone emails me and told me they tried to call snd left a message. Lies. No calls from them and I don’t have voice mail on my phone exactly because of this. Anyway, their solution was to change the modem. Apparently the model i had was going to sleep at night. So, changed the modem. It worked but......Tonight i came home at 9:30 guess what? No service It’s now an hour that I’m listening to their music and no one *** answer
