No customer service after the sale is over.

When the delivery person came they acted like I was there to serve them instead of them to serve me. The kid had an attitude from the moment he came to the door. I didn't want them walking on my light colored rug with dirt on their shoes. They wouldn't take their shoes off which I understand, but they had no coverings for their shoes. Really? They were well trained in their posturing, but the attitude was there and it wasn't one of service. The customer service department was the same way, trained to be nonresponsive, but not sympathetic toward customer service. When I am the customer I don't need people coming into my house with that attitude and an unwillingness to make it a pleasant experience. I won't do business with them again. P.S. I can't delete the happy face emoji, I am not happy and it is not appropriate.
