Each time you call they immediately put you on hold. This can be for 15+ minutes. When you do get someone they are rude and short as if asking them questions is not part of their job. When asked to talk with a supervisor was disconnected. They want our money, but treat the customer very poorly. Sent and email and no one every responded. User's recommendation: Look for other options.
