We purchased 5 tickets 08/13/2019 we on arriving found we purchased for wrong theater and there was no time to get across town so we purchased new tickets and called fandango for credit there was a 90 min wait and movie was on in 15minutes so I tried live chat it said they were busy and would return call wich never was recieved so we called custumer service and no record of calls or message also they refused to give supervisor number or refund or credit so simple Fandango is no longer a viable movie ticket source. Beware
