No credit for cancelled order

I ordered flowers on 12/18/19. They emailed saying for the location has a higher minimum on the flowers we would require an additional $60. So I called and cancelled the order and ordered from who I usually order from. I've been trying since to get my credit and they keep telling me to contact my bank that they no longer have the money. I asked for proof of my credit and they could not provide it. Because I gave them a chance to rectify the situation, now I've missed the timeframe that I can dispute the charge with my credit card company. So I paid $82 for nothing!
