No coverage in Alturas California…

Hi. I'm still waiting to hear from Ultra Mobile, why I had no cellular service nor internet, in Alturas California, when I traveled there, before I switch to Ultra Mobile, contacted your customer service and they said you have coverage for that area, and according to your website coverage, it shows you have coverage for Alturas, Cedarville, and Eagleville. I would like to hear your explanations. Thanks
