No courtesy to remove over draft fees

I have been a loyal customer with Firstmark Credit Union and have banked with them 15 years. I have always utilized their direct deposit option. For the 2nd time in my history with this bank I over drafted with 3 purchases all under $20. I was charged $25 for each same day purchase. I explained to the representative that when I went online to check my account, I had available funds. This was a common error we all have made. However when I called the bank they advised that because this was MY error and Not theirs they could not reverse the fees. I could understand if I continuously took advantage of their over draft protection, but I don't! This is such a poor excuse to give a 15 year customer. I am very disappointed an needless to say will be switching banks.
