I called them before the start of the travel to figure out some details and had no response. Due to the lack of quick costumer support, I chose to cancel the contract with AON. It has been over 20 days and I have not been refunded yet. I've been reaching out to them to ask for a timeframe for the refund, and they do not reply to emails, phone calls, or call you back when you log a query on the website. For now, it feels like they have stolen my money. User's recommendation: No costumer service.
