No contact from agent

I called several times to speak to Felicia Chestnut....left messages no return call..I was transferred to speak to another rep several times and it sounded like the same idiot Ezequiel Hinojosa changing his name each time...they say that there is no supervisor in their claims department. I am glad I don't have insurance with them.
