Hi I placed an order on https://www.nbstoreindia.in/ on 3rd of June 2020 and never received a confirmation of the order and amount of INR 6412 was debited from my bank account. I filled an online form on the website and somebody contacted me from this email address onlineservice.karen@***.com saying that the order will be mailed out soon. Can you please look into this, I am not even getting an option to cancel the order online. Kindly help and let me know how do i get my refund. Regards Sonal Sharma
