Draconian policies put in place due to Covid. The airline industry declares that theres virtually no way for you to get Covid on an airplane when wearing a mask, even though youre sitting 3 from the next passenger for sometimes hours, but this hospital wont even let caregivers sit in the lobby with a mask on while a family member gets surgery. Instead, they make you sit in your car in 30 degree weather. Ive had to deal with this substandard hospital for over 2 decades, and the service just reaches a new low each time were forced to go there. Avoid this hospital system at all cost. User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost until they start showing some common sense.
