I had an accident on Thursday morning which was ticketed to the opposing driver National General was reported to be the insurance carrier for the offending driver I contacted National General and went through the worst customer experience. At this point I am without a car and instead of being given assistance, I was harshly spoken and told that this is a holiday weekend and I would have to wait till Tuesday. Geico would never do this to their customers. These are just unprofessional nasty folks. CFecil Richardson User's recommendation: RUN!! as far away from National General as yo can.
