So my sales man Gregg was fantastic. He took so much time and designed our dream pool as we wanted it. We got a.loan and signed our contract. We were told that with in 5 days we would hear from the construction division of the company.... It was 3 weeks and I called them. I was told that my project just hit the desk that morning.... I guess I was born yesterday. So the guy to sprays the sets an appointment and we stay home. Get get a text at the end of the day that he can't make it. He showed up 4 days later and says that in 3-5 days we will hear from Shasta for the next step. 2 1/2 weeks later I call and get the same.BS how the folder just landed on her desk in the morning... BS..... She states that I will have paperwork by the end of the day ..... 6 days go by. I call again and the paperwork.is e mailed me the next day. Was told that by the end of that week I will get a call from the project manager to get the pool scheduled... Here we are 3 weeks later with nothing going on. I call again and the Manager Paul says I need to be patient because they are using a new system. My loan is only good until April and they assured me they will get it done.. I don't see how and am afraid that they will rush the pool and I will have major issues. I advised Shasta of my schedule and that my wife is having surgery in April and I need the pool done before her surgery date, well doesn't look like that will happen. I am looking at other pool companies and thinking of cancelling this project. I am beyond disappointed in this company and their communication with the client. I am completely disgusted
