I contacted UTS on 4/26/20 to ascertain whether or not there was a current service contract on my treadmill, seeing as I paid ~$300 for three years' worth of coverage in late December 2019. I had already tried to contact Nordic Track without success. In fact, iFit, for some reason, got involved and informed me that my unit was covered under warranty, but not under an extended service protection contract. I never heard back from UTS, and have reached out to Nordic Track again.
