No communication on appliance purchase delivery date

Hi After purchasing Thermador appliances and spending tens of thousands of dollars on Thermador appliances, we have come to learn there is no estimated delivery date for some of the appliances. My family is dumbfounded as to how an organization can operate this way. Before communicating our frustration far and wide, we would like to speak with a Thermador Leader. We continue to wait for Our appliances! User's recommendation: Be aware of overpromising and under delivery , and money being taken with no clarity provided on delivery dates.
