I ordered a grill from these guys that was half what others were charging for the same item only to find out later the website is only two months old. No history online. Research websites before you buy. Research websites. No receipt was sent as promised. No response to my email's. I suspect I will never see the product or hear from them again. Up-date: It was a scam. Disputed with Paypal and got my money back. Bestcastore never responded to my emails and provided false information to Paypal in the form of a bogus UPS shipment tracking that had my package sent to Georgia instead of NY where I live. User's recommendation: Research websites before you buy.
