NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL

Placed an order on a tuesday (enough for free shipping) No shipping label untl Thursday, Post office still has not recieved the order that I paid for 6 days ago and it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact the company. They do not answer their phones nor return request for inquiries etc. This has been an issue in the past on several occasions. Don't trust them!!!!!!!!!!!!
