No communication about my order

After contacting Pissed Consumer about problems with my order, I got an email from Prep Sportswear stating that it was shipped from Kentucky. After checking with my USPS app, it has not shipped, only a shipping label was created with a tracking number. I tried to track the order but no info. I tried yet another phone call to Prep Sportswear, but they are "Not accepting any calls at the moment". I have sent a chat thru their web site, which I have tried before and yet have not received any response at all thru this means. I got the email about the shipment on 12-4-2020. Todays date is 12-10-2020. I just want my package, which has been charged on my credit card since it was ordered.
