No charge, loses charge customer service sucks!

Bought whole set when product first came out. Bought extra battery as recommended by other customers before me. Under two years my biggest frustration is the battery life. Absolute crap. Trimmer string doesn't automatically feed. I have a very small front yard, and two batteries barely handle it. So, after 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer their customer service number, they tell me the best they can do is put in an order for me to purchase a new blower & trimmer with the new better battery. Hey WORX, try coming up with a better battery for the poor souls that bought your product when you first came out. Battery technology is pretty advanced these days, you guys should try to do better by your customers. That would keep them coming back to your product as opposed to hating how you screwed them. Yes, I do know how batteries function best. These are just absolute crap.
