The 1948 Ford arrived with rattles inside. The steering wheel and windshield wiper were both broken off and dropped down inside the vehicle. This is unacceptable. I expect better service and workmanship than this. Also, you said I would get a certificate of authenticity with the trucks. No such certificate was enclosed with them. I expect to hear from you by mail ASAP. I read several reviews of your shoddy business and now I believe them. Please prove these wrong and do the right thing in this case. Thanks.  From now on, I will not listen to ads on the tv and order anything.  this has taught me a good lesson.
