I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a car at the 16th st Miami south beach location of thrifty and they told me they had no car for me when I got there.....when I asked what I should to the lady was rude and said she could not check of any other locations that might have a car!!! finally found a car hours later and was late for my meeting and cost many extra $$ and time!! If there was truly no cars, they should have contacted me so I could make arrangements and not be sso rude!! I will never use thrifty again!!! respectfully Jeff B User's recommendation: don't use or verify 4 times to make sure they have a car.
