I recently flew to Oakland International and arrived to pick up my reserved economy car. There were at least ten of us in line. They had no cars for us!!!!! I was in third in line. They had a 12 person van come in. I said I would take it as I was desperate. Fortunately, a truck came in and I was able to get that instead. It was a gas guzzler so I spent twice as much in gas. I will never use Payless again!
