No care for our problem

1

My son went there for elevated blood pressure--he is taking medication for this problem currently--after he saw the NP she told him she could not help him until he had blood work done. We had the blood work done ($125) after paying $100 at the minute clinic (for about 10 minutes with the nurse). We were then sent a letter saying some of the blood work was "abnormal"--come to find out he should not have eaten before the blood test (no where was it written on the blood order to FAST--we then get a call from them telling us that the medication he is taking is the highest amount to prescribe and that he should see a physician--why were we not told this when we first came in before we had the blood work done???--after several calls to them to speak with someone I was told they cannot write a script, and he should see a physician, but at least he had his blood work done--are you kidding me it was "abnormal"--and, any physician will want blood work done again anyway--this place is a waste of time and money--I almost "snapped" when I was talking to the girl who called me back--do not go here if you don't have anything worse than a cold or a cough!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 User's recommendation: Don't go.
