NO CALL NO SHOW ON INSTALLATION DAY

My scheduled installation date for more than a month later than promised. Today is installation day. No one has called or shown up. I keep trying to get a hold of someone and they don't answer. This is a horrible way to conduct business!!! User's recommendation: DON'T DO IT!!!
