No call back nothing

I was trying to get validation from them because somehow I owe them 40k I was incarecrated at the time and someone used my name to get a loan at least they should have a valid I'd and S.S copy something because my I'd was destroyed along with everything in my wallet I didnt want to pay $25 dollars to have it sent home
