no broadband for three days

Customer Id: [protected] Its been three days and I am not able to connect to Airtel Broadband. They claim to have open network, but have not got any information as to why is this happening. Tried reaching customer care, I gave the registered mobile number, the person could not.find it. I logged in to Airtel portal, got customer I'd and shared with him again an he still couldn't find it. And kept on saying that it's invalid.. I told him that I am logged in but instead of giving any solution or alternative, he kept mumbling that my details r not right
