No Birthday Present for Wife

Got my 4-hr window so took off work to wait for delivery, 4-hr window goes by and no delivery, no call, no email. Called EFW and they give me a run-around and say it's coming. Still nothing so next morning look at tracking and it says "CLOSED - NOT DELIVERED". What a joke!
