No Bids Placed. No customer service – They Canceled my account after 9 years

I've written to them via their contact form 3 times in the last couple of weeks. I get back an auto response saying they respond in 24-48 hours. This last time, still no response but I got a notice from PayPal that my auto renewal has been canceled. The last month - either NO bids placed, or comes back as bid too low when in actuality my bid was way higher than the winning bid. Here's my email and their response on 8-23-18 - no word since Thank you for contacting BidNip.com. We read all email, and generally respond to all questions, comments, or requests within 24 to 48 hours. Your message: "i JUST GOT NOTICE FROM PAYPAL THAT YOU'VE CANCELLED AUTO PAYMENTS NOT A WORD FROM YOU? Is this the kind of support you give? I've been a loyal customer for nearly ten years. What gives? You didn't even bother to answer my question from August 8th. Your message: "None of my recent bids are being placed....and your comment about gee some sellers don't allow them, just doesn't work. I've been using bidnip to order from xtreme for years! So loosing out on these bids is quite upsetting. Other bids say bid too low but I bid say $4, and the final bid is 0.11!! Nothing I've bid on since July 20th has gone through! I have verified my eBay info and it comes through as verified! how can we fix this problem?
