I have been using legacy to rebuild my credit after my ex screwed it up. I have had no problems at all with this company.. I login anytime I want and don't have to pull out my credit card to do it. I set my payments up for specific dates and it comes out that date. I never have had any problems with using the card anywhere and never have had any kinds of fund held for anything.. Yes the apr is a bit high but what can I expect considering every single credit card that you can get with my credit rating is the same..
