I ordered some Trees, expecting them to be at least 2 or 3 foot tall. They were only small sprouts in a bag, needless to say, they died because I don't have "greenhouse conditions ". Phone line ALWAYS BUSY, even after hours. I Emailed them, no response or communication back to me. I am wanting a refund since they only sent me small sprigs. They did not get back to me. Something is wrong with this Nursary. User's recommendation: Do not order anything from Direct Gardening, they will take your money and no communications.
