Initially purchased our timeshare in 2007 thru Escapes, which in turn has been sold 2-3 times and is currently owned by Festiva. We have been able to use this timeshare once in that time, and the location was not in our top 5 places we tried to use our week in. You can rarely reach representatives and when you do you are made to feel as if you have interrupted their day, they are rude/disrespectful as they will say whatever to get rid of you. Maintenance fees and travel club dues continue to go up. We have paid it off and just want to get rid of the whole thing and chalk up the loss, which is also impossible. Surely the AG of states they operate in could get action started!!
