No availability in locations I want to visit. When I stay somewhere the units are poorly maintained and many items do not work properly.

Poor service and accommodations. I wanted to stay but no availability. I was able to call and rent the unit but not use it through my ownership. This is a very poor practice.stay away from Festiva Adventure Club. User's recommendation: Do not purchase or you will have regrets.
