No App to monitor Charge account & no joint account

Wife in Vegas without me and can not use our reward points, even though Comenity-Bank flagged the account with a note saying she could. Very disappointed and frustrated, will definitely be canceling the charge account. Too bad they will be losing a very good customer. User's recommendation: Do not open up a Comenity Visa account.
