No answer on email, no answer on phone.

I purchased a Falcon Zero F360 dash camera through Amazon.com. The camera came with a 5-year warranty for which I paid extra! Initially, the camera worked great and I was happy with my purchase. Within 6 months of purchase, the camera stopped working. This is well within the 5-year warranty timeframe, I contacted Falson Zero via their website. Wrote an email explaining the purchase, gave my original Amazon order number for Falcon Zero to verify the purchase. Falcon zero refuses to answer email. I then called Falcon Zero multiple times, yet there is still no answer. This company charges you for the item, charges you for the warranty and then refuses to hold up their end of the deal! Please do not put yourself in my position. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Falcon Zero!
