No answer at Customer Support

I ordered three furniture items, but I was never sent any confirmation emails about the orders. So, I go to the website, sign in, and it says I have NO orders at all. When I tried calling several of their customer service phone numbers, NONE of them went through or got an answer. I have NO idea if my items were ever actually ordered or not, and I don't have order numbers to check on them. My card hasn't been charged, but I don't want to order them again, for fear that I'll get charged twice! User's recommendation: Get your confirmation numbers and don't wait for emails. Check your account regularly.
